Rihanna is one of those people who always knows how to pull off red lipstick. No matter how edgy or bold her look is, her make up is always flawless. If you notice in my pictures (or if you know me in real life) I’ve definitely been embracing the red lip. Part of it is due to this lady here. She definitely knows how to get her rock star on. If you’ve seen any recent pictures of me, you’ll know that I’ve been embracing lip color & lipstick thoroughly. However, the CLINIQUE VITAMIN C LIP SMOOTHIE ANTIOXIDANT LIP COLOUR has become my favorite beauty item of the summer! It feels great, it’s light, still gives you color AND it’s actually good for your lips. With the gloss containing Vitamin C, it keeps your lips smooth and healthy. I’ve been embracing a light summer lip so my favorite shade is “Nude-tritious.” If you love a nude lip gloss, this is an excellent color.



Even if you love deep colors, this is great. I did a friend’s make up for her wedding about a month ago and she wanted a deep, very Old Hollywood lip color. I used “Absolute Acai” on her and she loved it! Definitely one of the products you should use this summer.

MAC & London destination store, Liberty have joined forces to create a vibrant collection, Give Me Liberty of London. It’s very spring appropriate. With eye shadow, blush, nail lacquer, lip glass and lip stick in a variety of pinks, plums, pearl and blues – this collection truly celebrates Liberty’s famous prints. ULTA will introduce their Essence cosmetic line to the U.S. this summer. The bargain line of colorful cosmetics has been out since 2001 in Germany and has since been introduced to 3 different countries. After seeing the success in other markets, ULTA has decided to bring Essence to the U.S. where they hope – and expect – it will do well. The products range between $.99 to $4.99.
