Mattie Mingles: TJ Maxx/Marshalls & Sole ATL

Last Friday, I attended a TJ Maxx/Marshalls event hosted by the marvelous Danielle of The Style And Beauty Doctor and Lexi of Curls, Coils & Kinks. I was excited, being that this was the first blogger event I attended in the New Year and I’m a fan of both hostesses. In case you haven’t gotten all the way familiar, The Runway at Maxx is everything. Everything as in Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Elizabeth & James, Kate Spade & more. It was like putting a bunch of stylish blogging kids in a candy store.

Oh, but it gets better. After having a “put your best outfit together” contest and gifting the winners with $25 TJ Maxx/Marshalls gift cards, Danielle (who is my new Oprah) surprised each and every one with a $25 gift card. Which in my eyes is a super good reason to shop. I scored an amazing Nine West bag – that I’ve been wearing since: see here and here – for $32! And since I had that lovely gift card, well, I won’t completely brag. I’ll just let you do the math.

Chloe bag. Amazeballs. 60% off! Love it.

This Z Spoke bag was everything I’ve ever wanted it to be. Except for free. But at 65% off, it was not bad at all.

It was a blast seeing all the ATL blogettes and meeting some new people. It’s also pretty safe to say I have a new shopping spot.

A couple weeks before that, both Danielle and Lexi, held another spectacular shopping fete at a new boutique in Atlantic Station called Sole. Yep, you guessed it. Shoe store! So I was totally there. They sell the likes of Jeffrey Campbell, Kelsi Dagger and some other dazzling lines along with accessories like hats and jewelry. I had never been so I was ecstatic to learn about a new shopping spot in Atlanta.

I wore some cute shoes that I got a quick pic of before my camera hated on me and died. #bloggergirlproblems Best part of the event (aside from the people) was the fact that we got 30% off if we had the Scoutmob app downloaded on our phone. It’s safe to say Scoutmob is now a part of my app family.

Loved these Jeffrey Campbell studded loafers. I took every fiber in my being not to buy them. I think they’re worth going back for. How about you?

A huge thank you to Danielle, Lexi, Sole & TJ Maxx/Marshalls for fabulous blogger events in Atlanta this holiday season :)
