It’s so tempting sometimes to take the elevator. You know, the quick way up. But it’s funny because not only are the stairs great from a fitness standpoint, but 9 times out of 10, they end up being the more efficient for a number of reasons. Besides, people always respect the person who took the stairs. They’ve gotta little more “umph” in them. And the line for the elevator is LONG.
Take the stairs. It’s great for your character. And your legs.
