In an effort to
stay get in shape for the summer, I’ve created a 60 second or less video series called “Mattie Muscle”. Every week, I’ll try to come up with a new exercise to get right and tight for the season. First up is the Touch the Sky pushup. Instead of reps, I try to do as many as I can in 30 seconds. 3 sets of 30 second intervals. It’ll kick your butt, but the results are worth it.
