I’ve been ranting lately via Twitter that I’ve been working a lot. So my outfits have become a lot more casual and boring because of lack of time and it’s been freezing here lately. I was tired of the nonsense and decided to spruce it up a bit. When things get boring, my philosophy is: put a bow on it. In this case, a bow tie.
When I first wore this bow tie last season, I was so pleased with the result that I decided to add it to my layered look here. I love my Oxblood cable knit I got for H&M a few months ago and I’m still obsessed with my wax jeans from Club Monaco. They’re just so good. My vintage quilted flap bag from Lily Kai Vintage was the perfect addition. It isn’t the most dressed up look of mine, but it sure added the much needed pizzazz after my brief wardrobe bore.
Trust me, I won’t let it happen again.
