I’m no publicist (only when I’m dreaming of being DKNY PR GIRL) but I can imagine with all the different looks that occur during fashion week, you want your client looking the best.
In this instance two girls looked great, but wore the same thing – it was manageable though seeing that they were on two different continents. First, we have Solange wearing a DRIES VAN NOTEN BEADED PRINT TOP at the Boy and Girl by Band of Outsiders Spring 2012 show at New York Fashion Week. The singer/DJ paired it with her amazing ‘fro, fabulous red shorts and a perfect statement necklace.
About a month later, Nicole Richie rocked the same top while she was in London (at fashion week of course) with some 3.1 PHILLIP LIM DRAPED POCKET PANTS and HOUSE OF HARLOW NATALIA BOOTIES. (I’m loving that yellow clutch, by the way.)
Maybe it’s the red (and I’m a sucker for dressy shorts) but I’m giving this one to Solange.
