Ciara hit the red carpet at the 11th annual Maxim Hot 100 Party last night looking like summer in white. She was all legs…in some FANTASTIC shoes. Not sure who they’re by but they’re not a game. Neither is this woman’s body. The singer didn’t make this year’s notorious list, but below I’ve featured her “Ride” video. All the reason why she should have been at least in the top 10.
