Isabel Toledo To Design Payless Collection

Cuban-born designer Isabel Toledo is slated to design a collection for Payless this fall. The designer – who is best known for the dress Michelle Obama wore on Inauguration Day – will design a five piece collection for the shoe retailer which will be available in September. Payless has been collaborating with designers like Christian Siriano over the last couple of years, bringing great attention to the retailer. Known for their modest prices, Toledo’s collection will be no different with all the styles being under $40.
