The actress, who celebrated who 35th birthday in the UK this past weekend, hit the red carpet in a floor length Ralph & Russo satin gown. Eva is known for her tiny frame, so I appreciate that the dress isn’t overwhelming big on her. The fact that it’s backless helps tremendously. You’ve got to appreciate a great exit and that’s exactly what she’s giving me. There’s nothing like a great red dress!
