Last year, The Hills star Lauren Conrad got folks up in a frenzy with her multi colored nails caught in a paparazzi pic. Many people liked it and even a few LOVED it but I didn’t see anybody rock it. Now, I’m not saying that because LC did, we all should but I thought it would become a great trend that many would follow. I know I did at least. I call this look “ombre nails” because the color is supposed to go from lightest to darkest starting with you thumb (or vice versa with the pinky like Lauren.) I tried this look last summer with purple and it was quite fantastic. I’m bringing it back for the spring. Just find four like colors (pink to red, gray to black, etc.) and create a gradient look.
