First time nominee Keri Hilson donned a beautiful Dolce & Gabanna number at the Grammys. This almost won look of the day. It’s safe to say I’ve never seen Keri look more beautiful. Check out what everybody else wore.

MARY J. BLIGE IN GUCCI: Love the color. It compliments her complexion. The dress is simple without being boring.

MILEY CYRUS IN HERVE LEGER: Win. Very age appropriate and fun. She can wear this to the after party and still maintain the look. Not too tight or loose. Thumbs up.

JENNIFER HUDSON IN VICTORIA BECKHAM: She looks great. Some might disagree with the black but my motto is: “All black everything ALWAYS wins.” D.O.A. – Decadence On Arrival.

JENNIFER LOPEZ IN VERSACE: I’m still undecided about this one. I think I would preferred a slit instead of half gown, half mini dress. However, her legs? AMAZING. Her Louboutins? Always pleasing.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD IN EDITION BY GEORGES CHAKRA: I really appreciate it the asymmetrical straps on this dress. Although it’s different, it’s incredibly simple and I can imagine, comfortable. You can get away with it at the Grammys and Carrie did just that.

BEYONCE IN STEPHANE ROLLAND: A bit underwhelming. I think the detail on the dress draw attention to her curves – in a bad way for once. I preferred her on stage dress and her post performance look (LOVED!). With her body type, if you’re gonna do sleeves go short. If you’re gonna go strapless, do long. Something’s gotta give.

LADY GAGA IN GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE: This is Gaga. It’s the Grammys so you don’t have to be so “buttoned up” which we know she is not. I love the sparkles, the yellow hair and the potent make up. The star she held with it really pulled the look together. It works not only because of who she is, but because she owns it.
