Ever wondered who the genius behind those dope sunglasses in the latest video was? Well, her name is Kerin Rose.
If Rihanna influences your style and Kerin Rose influences Rihanna, then she must be the truth. The NYC designer started A-Morir (which is ‘to die for’ in Spanish) in 2008 and that is exactly what her pieces are: to die for. With every piece carefully handmade with Swarovski crystals, spikes, studs and more Kerin’s pieces are more so an experience instead of the average accessory. The designer’s clients include: Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Dawn Richard, Kid Sister and many more. Her most famous client – Rihanna – has premiered Kerin’s pieces at NY Fashion Week and on her music videos. (The singer wore Barracuda in the “Run This Town” video.) The two even collaborated on the design of the Sioux Lace Eyewear!
All of her pieces are wonderful but Kerin out did herself with Sabotage. Considered the crown jewel of the collection – crafted with Swarovski crystals and spikes – the piece is a whopping $600.
